FAQ
Is this realtime data?
Yes. Power (W) is live from Home Assistant and refreshes about every 15 seconds. Daily values, self-sufficiency and CO₂ use the energy pipeline and Postgres history.
What does self-sufficiency mean?
The share of house load not covered by grid import: (house − import) / house. 100% means no grid import was needed for measured consumption that day.
How is CO₂ calculated?
Indicative estimate from grid import (kWh × grid factor) and gas (m³ × gas factor). Avoided CO₂ estimates emissions saved by self-consumed PV. Not a certified footprint.
Who is this dashboard for?
Homes, pools and technical sites in Belgium and Europe using Home Assistant or similar IoT telemetry that want self-sufficiency and CO₂ visibility.
Is the page public and safe?
Yes. Read-only APIs with an entity allowlist; the HA token stays server-side. Visitors cannot control devices.
Make self-sufficiency and CO₂ visible in realtime?
Rationify links Home Assistant telemetry to impact KPIs (autarky, CO₂) and AI reviews — homes, pools and technical sites in Belgium and Europe.
